• Online bookings are not possible with any vouchers and will not be accepted!
• 25% deposit upon booking.

• The accommodation is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
  Should you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.
• On the day of departure, please check out by 11 a.m. and hand in your room key at reception. The hotel room key also locks the hotel entrance door.
• Bringing unregistered persons into the room requires the consent of the hosts and must be reported.
• If a double room is only occupied by one person (for whatever reason and without prior consultation/notification with/at the reception),
  a double room will be charged for single use and not a regular single room.
• We are happy to accommodate room requests subject to availability, but do not confirm the room number or location.
• The inclusive services end with the check-out at 11 am on the day of departure.
• We reserve the right to charge a (further) final cleaning fee for any room cleaning outside of the booked period.
• Charging bike batteries in the accommodation is not permitted.
• Covered bike parking space with locking facilities available.
• Breakfast buffet from 8-10 am.
• Gluten-, lactose-, cow's milk-, rye- and wheat-free meals only on request.
• The room categories triple, double and single bed include breakfast buffet.
• The suites in the hotel, the apartment, the garden chalet and the panorama and comfort suites Dependance do not include breakfast buffet.
  This can be booked additionally on request for an extra charge.
• Cleaning in the garden chalet, the apartment and the panorama and comfort suites Dependance is carried out once per stay as required.
  Towel and garbage service daily.
• Reduction for children as 3rd and 4th person in their parents' accommodation
  or with 2 full-paying adults:
  Crib € 9 per day
  Children from 3 to 12 years 50%
  Children from 13 to 16 years 25%
  Children born from 1994 are subject to tourist tax
• The actual hotel, restaurant, bar and bathhouse opening times may vary depending on the course of business.
• Seasonal and weather-dependent from May to the end of September:
  Swimming pool in the hotel garden, sunbathing lawn and sun loungers (subject to availability).
• Seasonal and weather-related from May to the end of September:
  Hotel's own bathing jetty (1 minute's walk from the hotel), loungers and deckchairs (subject to availability).
• Wellness area Day Spa BADEHAUS Ganz.Schön.Gesund. open from 4 pm, by appointment at the hotel reception, or varies depending on the course of business.

• Hotel parking lot subject to availability (access to the hotel parking lot is also permitted during the Advent market).
• Bus parking lot 5 minutes' walk from the hotel (access to the hotel is not possible during the Advent market).
• For group tours, please let us know when the group will be checking in at the hotel or the bus driver should contact the hotel one hour before arrival on +43 6137 7308.
• On request we can fill your minifridge for a fee.
  Please note that there is no refund on departure.
• Dogs are only allowed on request. Dogs are not permitted on the bathing jetty, at the hotel pool or in the hotel's associated facilities.
  Otherwise, dogs must be kept on a lead.
• Please understand that we assume no liability for forgotten valuables, clothing, books, alarm clocks, cell phone cables, entertainment electronics and much more.
• We politely apologize for any noise disturbance caused by events in the village and various celebrations in our hotel.

Please note that it is necessary to reserve a table in the restaurant. Limited guest capacity and slot system reservation.
Cuisine from 18-21 hrs. Closing time 11 pm.
Vegetarian dishes on request. We do not offer vegan dishes.
